Hi,
Please have a look at the tool over here.  You can add your screenshot as an attachment using the button over here.
Store the image in a web service (google images for example) without password.<img align="none" alt="Screenshot" src="https://photos.app.goo.gl/Rt3in8e8X1f2xCQAA">
You will get an image as below.

Please open a terminal window and follow instructions in https://websiteforstudents.com/upgrading-mariadb-from-10-0-to-10-1-to-10-2-on-ubuntu-16-04-17-10/

You will be able to run Moodle without a hitch.
