I am install a moodle on ubuntu 16.04 os and moodle can\r\naccess only on localhost but i can not able to access a moodle in my local area\r\nnetwork by using static ip address. But another folder in htdocs can be access\r\nproperly.

Dear Sir,

Please check the moodle and moodledata directory permission in your htdocs.
If unother folder in same htdocs directory is working with static ip address please check your apache configuration.
Make sure php is working.

Dear,
You should make changes in config file.
htdocs/moodle/config.php
open this file and find localhost or 127.0.0.1 and replace with your system IP address. now it will be accessible from any system in your network.
