Answers:

I am showing how to measure bond length and bond angle using the features available on Jmol interface and not changing them.

At 5.42 min I have mentioned that I am measuring the bond length.

At 6.45 min I have mentioned that I am measuring the bond angle.

Also once the energy of the structure is minimized using the minimize tool, the measurement of bond length and bond angle in Jmol gives standard bond length and bond angle values for that particular bond.
