Regarding date and alignment in the article typing in Latex

Sir,
I am typing an article, during this i faced problem like:
1. Date is coming automatically, but i need the article without date, please help me how to ignore the date after author address.
2. Heading "Abstract" is coming in the center, i need in the left just like section start from left.
Please help me to type this article in the format as i wish.

The date cannot appear automatically unless you add a "\\date" command. Please check if you are still using this command.
LaTeX follows a standard for writing documents. Which means you are not violating any document writing rules if you use the default parameters of LaTeX. Hence anything else is just a users choice of how the document appears. This was the whole point of creating LaTeX, to let the user not worry about document formatting. However, LaTeX does allow the user to do modifications to a greater extent but this does not comes easy.
