Can you please brief me about what is override separation temperature in separator and what all parameters gets affected on changing the temperature to 100<sup>0</sup>C..

Answers:

Defining the parameter "Override Separation Temperature" will make the TP flash happen at the defined temperature rather than feed stream temperature before the distribution of phases through outlet stream.

Changing the temperature to 100 degree C for a system will first perform the TP flash calculation at 100 degree C and not at feed temperature and then distribute the phases through outlet stream.
