Method: Add Library Hours via Library Settings.
Go to Home → Administration, Click on Libraries you will see the list of libraries configured in your system, Click Edit next to your library Inside the edit page, look for Opac info or Library notes / Description field (depends on your setup) In this field, manually enter your library timings. 

For example:
Library Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM  
Sunday: Closed

Save the Changes, Click Save.
The entered hours will now be visible in the OPAC.
