I feel difficulties in downloading the old version of xampp i.e.1.7.0. Now I downloaded a new version i.e., 7.1.10. I am not able to find the context editor. Please help me to locate the editor. Please inform how to edit and run the php programs.

Xampp package will not install context editor.

their are so many editor alternative to context editor u can use atom ,geany ,notepad++
