I have just installed eSim 2.5 under Ubuntu 24 and when I try to load an example I am told that eSim_*.libs are missing.  Any clues would be helpful thanks.

esim examples failing due to missing libraries on ununtu 24.04 is a known compatibility issue stemming from the fact that esim relies on older dependencies that are no longer available in the latest ubuntu repostories this is particularly tru for its reliance on an older kicad version
