As per the instructions outlined in your recent email, I have followed the steps provided. However, I encountered an issue with the final step. The instructions stated:

“Once you login, click on the Software Training tab, then under Training, click on Individual Learning Workshop. Go to the My Events tab.”

Unfortunately, I am unable to locate a tab labeled “My Events” in the interface.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed further? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share the details regarding the exam schedule.
