Answers:
IfLimit patron data access by group is checked, it keeps patron information safe and shows staff only the patrons they need to see.
If Limit item editing by groupis checked, it restrict the staff to changing or editing items that don’t belong to their group’s libraries.
Use for OPAC search groups-if we enable this feature, It shows books from selected libraries in the public catalog, based on the user’s library group.
If Use for staff search groups is checked, it used to quickly find a specific type of item in the library for example a staff member wants to find all DVDs or all journal instead of searching one by one, they can use theStaff search groups.
IfIs local hold group is checked, only users from the same library or group of libraries can place hold on that item.
If Is local float groupis checked then an item stays at the library where it was returned, instead of going back to its original (home) library.
