How to download certificates? My course is 100% completed, still it is not coming to me even though it is completed

We are watching the videos and doing assignments aside in Arduino ide seperately..How to make sure that the course is completed and how to get the certificate of completion..I am for the first time registered for self paced course.

If your course shows 100% completion but you haven't received the certificate yet, please ensure the following:
1. Login Requirement: You must be logged in with the same email ID you used for registration.
2. Self-Paced Course Completion: Watching the videos and completing assignments offline (like in Arduino IDE) may not update your course progress. You must watch each video completely on the Spoken Tutorial platform itself to have it marked as completed.
3. Certificate Criteria: Some courses require you to pass an online test or quiz. Check if that applies to your course.
4. Check Certificate Section: After completing all requirements, go to your dashboard or the "My Certificates" section to download the certificate.
5. Delay in Generation: Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours after course completion for the certificate to be available.
If you have done everything correctly and still don't see the certificate, please contact the Spoken Tutorial support team at contact@spoken-tutorial.org with your course name and registered email ID.
