Hello Ma'am,

 Depending on the location of the Autogrid files installed on your system, Program Pathname can be changed using the Browse button on the side of the field name in the Run Autogrid pop-up window.

Macro Name and Host Name is not required to be changed, as they are auto populated depending on where you have installed the AutoGrid and AutoDock files on your system.
