I wish to parameterize the internal component for example a current source in my sub-circuit, so that whenever I invoke this sub-circuit I would be able to specify the value of the current source as per the need. Thanks in advance!

You may do it by editing the Subcircuit netlist file of the Subcircuit. Please refer to the Ngspice manual for the same.
