Orientation of Footprints

I'm not able to orient footprints as shown in the videos, does it should be exactly like that or we can do the orientation in our way??

Dear Tarakratna,
The orientation need not be the same as given in the video however good to have the same. The orientation is basically to reduce the PCB size and also various factors like convenience of soldering, thermal factors, etc. Also, there are some thumb rules which you may refer in some reference books/standards to avoid EMI/EMC effects.
Thus, you may have your own orientation of components.
