i done schematic after, i opend subcircuit editor window but it's not responding.

Did you get any error on the terminal? Can you give us more details? Is there a component in your schematic whose reference is X? Note that you need to make the component reference as X to let Oscad know it is a subcircuit. Also see the chapter on subcircuit building in our Oscad e-book for more info.
