The Extend of water gas shift reaction doesn't match with tutorial result (getting 72.1524kmol/h).The conversion percentage of CO and water attained are matching (version installed 6.4.3 64 bit).Kindly help

This is because the extent unit in the tutorial is in mol/s, although the extent unit is not displayed in the tutorial video. When same is converted to kmol/h, you will obtain what you see in your simulation.

What you can also do is, after the simulation is complete, go to settings and change the system of units to SI and then observe the value of extent in DWSIM. You will see your results match the tutorial video results.
