Question

I notice that the user guide for older versions and the latest version is more or less similar and doesn't incorporate or explain the changes brought about during the up-gradation.

Please do let me know if there are any tutorials or videos available to help me in getting familiarized with the latest version.

Answers:

Sometimes, changes are happening in every version, and therefore, it is challenging to create tutorials for every version change that happens. However, the changes are in terms of UI, and therefore if one understands the working principle behind a particular unit operation, one should be able to easily navigate through and understand the changes that happen and will not require separate tutorials again.

The column runs in the latest version of DWSIM. Please explain what you are trying to achieve here. Are you looking for some specific separation specifications here?

So sorry to have missed out on the details.

I am trying to get a distillate at 93.5% by weight of Ethanol and less than 0.4% by weight of ethanol in bottoms.

Tried all means but not able to get the result.
