Question
When I enter database user name and password, I am not able to move forward. It arrives like - 'Cannot connect to database. User or password is invalid or you have no permittions to create database'

Please ensure the following

1) you should either have Windows 8 or Windows 10 OS

2) Please ensure that XAMPP's Php and Mysql services ports are not already used by other software. If they are in use, one has to change the ports of these services to run FrontAccounting.

3) Please ensure that the local disk:c/xampp/ht docs folder is having renamed folder i.e account
