In the assignment you have given I have solved it in two ways one is with manual reset and second one is with automatic reset. After thinking for long I developed that program. Please check that also.

Answers:
The logic of both the files you have shared are correct.
But the question we have asked in the tutorial is to reset the counter using another Contact (which you have done in CTUMADAMSTUTORIAL.ld).
In the logic CTU.ld you are basically implementing a circular counter using CTU.
