I am not getting the Coordinate reference system selector dialogue box on my interface in QGIS 3.16

In QGIS 3.16,

Go on Layers panel (left side of the QGIS window) >> Select your layer file >> Right Click >> Properties >> Source >> Geometry Coordinate Reference System >> Click on the world icon on the right >> Select your CRS as desired >> OK
