Why the attribute table values for Contour layers are different in my interface? I am using QGIS 3.16 on Ubuntu 18.04.

Answers:

It depends on the extent you have selected while clipping the DEM raster. As the clipping is done by free hand dragging on the DEM file there may be some difference in the values.
