but list box wizard table selection popup show nahi karta hai
pls help

Please try one more time. Pop up is coming as shown in the video.

Click on the list box icon.

Move the mouse pointer into the form; Please check that the mouse pointer has changed to a thin plus symbol. Then only you can draw the list box.

Then draw the list box form control on the form; List Box Wizard will appear as shown in the video.

Did you open the form in edit mode?

Check the below steps:

Click on the Forms icon on the left panel

And right click on the 'Books Issued to Members' form on the right panel, and then click on edit.
