Dear Vidyack,

In following website: https://fossee.in/, click on the software you wish to download and go to the downloads tab and check the instructions needed to download the software. You can even install a Virtualbox and use Ubuntu and download software there.

You can download biopython by following steps
Step1 -> Download latest version of Python from "https://www.python.org/downloads/"
Step2 -> download biopython by running command pip install biopython in cmd (command prompt)
