Hello,

Please ensure that these things are done properly

1)In URL it should be localhost/account, make sure there is no spelling mistake
2) XAMPP is running i.e Apache and MySQL
3) You have renamed the frontaccounting folder as account
4) Make sure Operating system is Windows 10
