I received a document with a Table right at the top of a page - <a href="https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByJBWPJdyKkJbGZnSVUzM0RoMzAhttp://" target="" title="">click here to see this document</a>. I want to introduce some text just before the document - say, a title. I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help?

Hello,

You can just hit the "Ctrl" and "Home" keys on the keyboard to get to the very first character of the file.

Now hit the "Enter" key to move the table down.
