i have downloaded blender but its not opening ..a message pops up that "
A graphic card and driver with support for openGl 3.3 or higher is required. Installing the latest driver for your graphics card may resolve the issue. the program will now close." can someone help me as the graphics card is in the latest version only

Please give more information, such as operating system used and memory of hardware?
If OS is not updated, use an earlier version of Blender such as 2.80 or 2.70.

Use the link https://download.blender.org/release/  find previous releases.

I have downloaded 2.79 version but I'm not able to follow the tutorials as lots of functions in my version are missing.
