A smart phone costs around 10K or so which most students use for online classes.
Ability of online Vlabs to open in the various models of android based smart phones which the students use, will need to be checked.

For the same cost, of ~10K, a laptop is available. It comes pre-loaded with several programs for schools and colleges.
