Question
I am getting an error message saying the database cannot be created. Please dont ask me to follow the installation sheet. The sheet refers to only four fields for this page to fill up. But my webpage shows six fields. <img align="none" alt="" src="https://photos.app.goo.gl/oi9V89HPbkCvxC7VA">

The image that you have uploaded shows that you missed out the steps as specified in the  "Getting Ready for Moodle Installation "

1. First follow each and every step as shown in the video "Getting Ready for Moodle Installation ". Give the same database name, username as shown in the video. It will be easy to follow the other tutorials
2. Next do the steps as shown in the video "Installing Moodle on Local Server".  At 9:16, the video explains about each and every field.

It will work as expected if you exactly re-produce what we have specified in the video.

It is not that difficult to do the installation on windows. Check the XAMPP server is running successfully or not. Then proceed with the installation step.
