concentric pipes

Hello Sir
May you kindly assist me, I am struggling with creating a double pipe geometry ( concentric pipes).
I am trying to create concentric pipes, however when I run my blockMesh file it gives me the below error. I have checked block numbering and vertices not sure what the issue is. May you kindly assist me, I can send my blockMesh File and the image of my geometry.
