The calculation type selected in your file is incorrect. It is displayed in the tutorial that the calculation type is "Shell and Tubes Exchanger Rating" whereas the file that you have uploaded says "Shell and Tube Exchanger Fouling Factor" to be the calculation type.

Please follow the steps properly and re-try the simulation.
