I am trying to simulate Dibenzyl toluene -Hydrogen reaction in the DWSim using PFR, when the reactor is kept at isothermal conditions , it calculates and does not show any error and when the reactor is switch through adiabatic , it shows the following error such as PFR 01-Phase equilibria calculation error

It is not possible to understand the issue or debug the error unless you share the DWSIM file with us. The error message is a generic one and not possible to resolve just by seeing the error message.
