As in water & ammonia where lone pair can is easily be created . But to create lone pair of electron on sulphur atom in sulphur tetrafluoride , the console command does not work 
Select sulphur; lcaocartoon color translucent white create lpa

As observed the command "Select sulphur; lcaocartoon color translucent white create lpa" seems to be not working with sulphur tetrafluoride molecule.
It worked and was able to add lone pair of electrons on sulphur dioxide molecule.
