Question
In 3 min 26 sec it  is stated that we have to delete some commands already excisting  in block mesh dict n then copy some informations. but it is not clear how to open text file from which to be copied and from where to open it.

Answers:

You will have to download the file corresponding to the spoken tutorial. Once it is done, open the blockMeshDict text file and copy the stated commands and paste it to the blockMeshDict file you are working on(once you have deleted the existing lines of code)

If you downloaded the videos which we were provided then unzip the file and follow the path to find the code file
"spoken/videos/141/1509/resources" 
here you will find a zip file labelled as 
"Creating-2D-Channel-Geometry-and-Mesh-in-OpenFOAM-Codefiles.zip"
Unzip it and open the folder then you will find the channel.txt file which is the one used to copy & paste.
