the logical operator of adjust, it moves away instead of approaching the value I want, why is that? What can I do?

I tried reproducing the result and its coming properly.

I was facing the same issue with logic op adjust moving away instead of converging to set point. However, the bug seems to be solved  in the new version of DWSIM (04/03/2021)
