Hello, 

i am trying to open the codes from textbook companion project to see it, but it is mention like this:

so it means i cannot use it or is there any way or i need to do something to open it?

Answers:

I think you get the message due to the compatibility issue of DWSIM 3 files in DWSIM 6. If you try to click on OK and proceed, then you will get a blank flowsheet area. These files were compatible with DWSIM 4 and some earlier versions of DWSIM 5 but I think they are no more compatible with the later version of DWSIM5 and DWSIM 6.

We will work on it and get the files compatible with DWSIM 6. Meanwhile, if you still wish to see the files, you can install DWSIM 3 side by side on your computer and try viewing the files.
