In Equilibrium, the phase in which the reaction is specified is critical. Typically base is on that component whose mol ratio is 1 in the reaction scheme. So we might need to see also what phase is specified in the equilibrium reactor and also whether it is given based on fugacity or concentration or partial pressure.
