How to decide the the minimum and maximum temperature since the stream temperature is 425 degrees celcius? Is it an assumption or a particular standard to be followed in such case?

Tmin and T max are temperature limit for which the rate law is assumed to be valid. Ideally, this value should be entered from the literature. If you do not have this data, then the fields can be left with the default values.
