The right panel of the Cvpcb window is blank.
There is no list of footprints...

Yes, I selected filter footprint kids by library..

In bottom tab it showing 
Filtered by library:0

if your middle panel is set to say, a capacitor, you have to click on capacitors_tht on the left-most panel. Then the footprints for that particular component will appear

try this:
1. filter the footprints by library and keywords
2. click on a capacitor, diode or resistor in the MIDDLE panel
3. and on the right most panel the footprints should come
