Can't open QGIS

I am getting an error message.
"qgis-ltr-bin-g7.exe-Application Error.
The applicaton was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b)"
I am using Windows 7.
Kindly help me.

Answers:
The error can be due to many reasons. Please check your system if it is 32 bit or 64 bit.
Please download appropriate .exe file again and check the installation.
