Question
who is the site administrator? in the tutorial for the teachers the admin is supposed to assign courses .
I have even tried to create course as the admin but it says the site is not registered . kindly help. stuck with this issue for a very long time and cannot proceed further.

Site Administrators are the system admins who can set up the moodle for the teachers to use it.
If you are practising for yourself, you please do the setup as specified in our tutorials from 1 to 10. Then as a teacher, you can practise from 11 to 20.
