Can we use directly 100ml Erlenmeyer Flask instead of using graduated cylinder and distill Water.. Does that have a significant impact on the final reading...or add on to percentage error?

Answers:

A flask cannot be used for measurement, because meniscus of the liquid may not be clearly visible. Also, volumetric flasks are not calibrated as they are mainly used as reaction vessels etc. 
   **** It is better to avoid a graduated cylinder when accurate measurements are required. Better to use a pipet or a burette.
