is there any provision for using 20 ml pipette one time instead using 10 ml pipette twice. for transferring the solution

In the glassware menu 20 mL pipet is not provided, hence we have to use 10 mL pipet twice.

In the glassware menu you will see 25 mL pipet. You can use it. In the transfer amount input bar enter 20 and click on Pour button. This will transfer 20 mL precisely.
Absolutely, by using precise transfer or significant transfer mode, one can use 25 mL pipet. You also use a burette.
