In tutorial it shows the admin tool bar in horizontal direction. But for it comes in vertical direction.
How to change it?
Why it comes like that?

Depending the size of your browser window, admin toolbar is positioned in vertical or horizontal direction. 
You can simply change it by clicking on (vertical/horizontal orientation) arrow mark icon at the end of the toolbar.
