Question
While using spline tool, I forgot to set it as region. Hence I am getting only edge of shape and no fill color. Is there any way to convert this layer back to region type?

Please delete this layer which has the outline.
Select the Spline tool. Before drawing the shape select only the create a region layer option. This step has to be done before drawing the shape

Yes, there is another way also.

You have to select that outline layer and right-click and you will get a context menu options pop up and select Make Region. You will get the region.
