While drawing a PCl5 molecule and on auto optimization, the geometry of molecule automatically changes to square planar instead of trigonal bipyramidal.

Hi,
The structure of PCl5 does not go to square planar geometry. Use MMFF94  or MMFF94s as the force field. It shows trigonal bipyramidal geometry.
