Answers:

Tutorial directory only have test cases. These test cases are standard CFD cases used for various validations. For example, cavity case is very standard case used to develop and test CFD codes and its capability.

It does not contain any video instructions but some cases have Allrun and Allclean scripts. You can copy complete case in your run directory and type ./Allrun to run case automatically and ./Allclean to delete results simulated.
