Sub: Past FOSS Purchase key has expired - 

I have failed to download past FOSS purchase key, and do not meet the download the package within the time duration. However your network download speed has very low and less than 5KB speed limit. The browser download has resume to start from first when network issue. I am tracking to download the package on two days but failed.

Please do the needful to reopen the expired key and provide any direct link for through any download manager to steaming download to avoid resume from first.
