When I typed and entered https://localhost in my browser, it shows "ITS WORKS".

I cannot proceed further. I am using Windows 7.

I have done through all the steps given in the website "https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Manual_install_on_Windows_7_with_Apache_and_MySQL" but still, I am not able to use moodle. kindly help me. my mail id : v.jeyamanikandan@gmail.com
