The code files doesn't have the hydrogen molecules as shown in video. How can I add them?

   To add hydrogens to the model on the panel, do the following:

   Open the modelkit menu on the toolbar. From the dropdown options, select fix hydrogens and minimize. This will add hydrogens to the model.

Another way to do this is to open the Script Console and type:
calculate hydrogens
You then may need to optimize geometry with this command:
minimize
