Question
In video macromolecule with pdb code 2DN1 is shown in ball and stick style but when I open the code file it is in cartoon style. How do I get the same display style as shown in video?

    Please follow the steps given below:

  1. Right-click on the Jmol panel to open the Pop-Up menu.
  2. From the options choose Style>>Scheme>>Ball and Stick.
